  • We will tour homes that spark your interest to determine if an offer is worth writing. I am available nights and weekends and always within 24 hours to get you into homes that catch your eye!

  • Once you’ve found “the one”, it’s time to write up a strong and competitive offer. I’ll make sure you understand all of the details and terms throughout this stage so you feel empowered to make smart decisions.

  • After our offer is accepted, I will help you coordinate a professional home inspection and other necessary ones to help you understand everything about your new home. We will gather bids from licensed professionals and negotiate with the Seller to address anything that comes up during this process stage.

  • Home insurance protects your new home and belongings from accidental damage. I can help provide referrals for providers that may be a good fit.

  • A home warranty is an affordable resource to protect the essential, major systems and appliances that can be costly to repair out of pocket.

  • If you’re utilizing a home loan, a neutral appraiser will visit the home to determine the value and ensure you are paying a fair market value.

  • Your new home is close at hand! Let's gather the required documents, sign the paperwork, and hire a mover. The keys are practically in your hands.

  • Once everyone signs, the lender will fund the mortgage and pay the seller. The new title will be recorded with the county, and the home is officially yours. Then comes the fun part - key day!
